Practice Schedule

The season is planned to run from November through June. Practices will be held at the Renaissance Charter School Gym: 4140 Town Center Blvd. Orlando, FL 32837. ​The gym entrance is through the school playground.

Practice Days: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 6:00pm - 7:30pm.

Uniform Fitting & Commitment Payment

Athletes will need to attend a uniform fitting as uniforms are custom and we must ensure we order the correct sizes. Please find below uniform fitting information for Hunter's 13U Black:

In order to accept an athlete's commitment the first payment of $450, must be paid by Wednesday, 11.1.23.

Tuition payments may be made in cash, checks, through money transfer (Zelle or Quick Paid), or with debit /credit cards. A 3% of each transaction will be charged to cards payment s through the Square system at the club. Manual cards payments, will have a charge of 3.5% + .15¢.

Commitment

​​After viewing the information above, if you would like to commit to the team and 2023-24 Club Season, there are a few steps to complete in order to secure your spot on the team and commit to the season.

Step One: Read the Parent/Athlete Handbook in its entirety. To view the handbook: Click Here

 

Step Two: Once you have completed reading the handbook and you have decided that you are comfortable committing to the season, you will need to electronically sign the Statement of Commitment by Wednesday, 11/1/23. To sign the Statement of Commitment: Click Here. Your signed Statement of Commitment will serve as your acknowledgment that you have read through the entire handbook and are agreeing to abide by the rules and policies found within. If you have any questions about what is found in the handbook, please reach out to us. Please note that if you choose to sign the Statement of Commitment without reading it in its entirety, this will not excuse any consequences for violations of the policies found within.

Step Three: Please sign the Payment Agreement for the 2023-24 Club Season by Wednesday, 11/1/23. Click here to read and sign the Payment Plan Agreement.

Step Four: If you are committing to the season your signature on the Statement of Commitment will act as your notification to Hunter's Volleyball. *If you have decided to NOT commit to the season, please email us at huntersvolleyacademy@gmail.com to let us know.
