Practice Schedule

The season is planned to run from November through June. Practices will be held at the Renaissance Charter School Gym: 4140 Town Center Blvd. Orlando, FL 32837. ​​The gym entrance is next to the school playground.

Practice Days: Tuesday at 7:30pm & Wednesday at 6:00pm

​

Conditioning: Thursday at 7:30pm

​

First Practice: Tuesday, November 5th at 7:30pm

​

No Practice: Wednesday, November 6th

​

No Conditioning: Thursday, November 7th​​

Commitment Payment & Uniform Fitting Day

​

When: Saturday, November 2nd​​

In order to accept an athlete's commitment the first payment of $450, must be paid by Saturday, 11.2.24.

Tuition payments may be made in cash, through money transfer (Zelle to huntersvolleyacademy@gmail.com), or with debit/credit cards. A 3% of each transaction will be charged to cards payments through the Square system at the club.

Commitment

​​After viewing the information above, if you would like to commit to the team and 2024-25 Club Season, there are a few steps to complete in order to secure your spot on the team and commit to the season.

Step One: Read the Parent/Athlete Handbook in its entirety. To view the handbook: Click Here

 

Step Two: Once you have completed reading the handbook and you have decided that you are comfortable committing to the season, you will need to electronically sign the Statement of Commitment and Payment Agreement by Saturday, 11/2/24. To sign the Statement of Commitment and Payment Agreement: Click Here. Your signed Statement of Commitment and Payment Agreement will serve as your acknowledgment that you have read through the entire handbook and are agreeing to abide by the rules and policies found within. If you have any questions about what is found in the handbook, please reach out to us. Please note that if you choose to sign the Statement of Commitment and Payment Agreement without reading it in its entirety, this will not excuse any consequences for violations of the policies found within. ​

Step Three: If you are committing to the season your signature on the Statement of Commitment will act as your notification to Hunter's Volleyball. *If you have decided to NOT commit to the season, please email us at huntersvolleyacademy@gmail.com to let us know.
